The Katy VA Outpatient Clinic was established in April of 2013 to serve our Veterans in the West Houston/Katy/Waller County areas. The staff at the Katy VA Outpatient Clinic consider it an honor and a privilege to serve our Nation’s Heroes and provide them with top quality healthcare! The Katy VA Outpatient Clinic is located at 750 Westgreen Blvd, Katy, TX 77450 at the corner of Kingsland Blvd and Westgreen Blvd. in the Mann Eye Building. The check-in desk is on the 3rd floor. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p m.

Primary care services for Veterans
Behavioral Health services including individual and group counseling
Social Work Services including individual and group counseling
Substance Use Disorder
Personal Care: Highly qualified primary care providers, specialty care referrals to the Michael E. DeBakey VA Hospital
Tele-retinal imaging services for diabetic patients
Laboratory: Blood drawing services available from 7:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Prescriptions: Routine prescriptions processed through the mail or myHealtheVet
Pharmacy Medication Education
Claims and benefits counseling (Texas Veterans Commission)
General Diagnostic Radiology
Limited Tele-Health Services
If you are a Veteran who is already enrolled for VA healthcare through the Michael E. Debakey VAMC or one of the other VA outpatient clinics. You can make an appointment at the Katy VA Outpatient Clinic by calling 281-578-4600 or Telecare at 1-800-639-5137. If you are new to the VA Healthcare System you can either come to the Katy VA Outpatient Clinicor go online at www.va.gov to apply for VA healthcare.
